The cob or corn is a symbol of tradition, identity and cultural pride, which highlights the importance of local cuisine and the preservation of the ancestral customs of the Municipality of Arjona, just 25 minutes from Cartagena.
The participants will learn from locals the knowledge and secrets of how to make their own cob bun, typical and representative food of the municipality that transcends the borders and reaches the tables of the region and even connoisseurs internationally.
They will also learn the history, trajectory and route of corn, cultivation theory and ingredients in the magic of the countryside and the secret measures of the natives for the preparation of such a delicious delicacy.
During the preparation, the new bun makers will learn how from the preparation of the cob bun and related products, 100% of the corn can be used with new products.
